Earl Ray Long, 46, passed away last Saturday afternoon at his home near Wynoose. He had been in ill health for some time.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth; four children, Benjamin, Fay Ann, Ray A. and Jerry Lee Long, all at home. Also surviving are six brothers, Clyde and Henry Long of Olney, Paul, George and Darrell Long, all of Noble and Joe Long of the U.S. Army; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Mason of Olney and his mother, Mrs. Arabella Long of near Wynoose.
Funeral services were held at the Wynoose United Brethren Church with Rev. Jess Kindred in charge and burial in Noble Cemetery.
