Ada M. Disponett, 79, of Leann Lane, Nicholasville died Friday, March 24, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington.
Born December 17, 1926 in Mercer County, she was the late Levi and Lona Bell Brown Robinson.
She was a graduate of Harrodsburg High School, a member of the Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Mercer County, and a former employee of Barrett Manufacturing, Wilmore. She enjoyed cooking and spending time working in her yard.
In addition to her husband of 59 years, William Disponett, she is survived: by two daughters Rosemary (Al) Neal, Lancaster, Wanda (James) Rainwater, Wilmore; two sons, Frank Disponett, Lawrenceburg, Perry (Mera) Disponett, Lexington; one brother, James Robinson; one sister, Rose Carpenter, both of Nicholasville; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Emmett, Charles "Bud", Donald, and Thomas Robinson, two sisters, Mary B. Royalty and Margaret Adams, and a grandson Robert Neal.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, March 27, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home, on Oak St. with Rev. Jamie Williams and Rev. Leonard Fitch officiating. Burial will be in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation is today, March 26, from 1 - 5 pm at the funeral home.
