He was a manager in the mail department for Fort Benjamin Harrison and was an honorary member of North Side Reunion. He served as Publications and Forms Manager for Hawley Army Hospital. Formerly, he worked for the U.S. Post Office, Equitable Life Insurance Company, Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, and Morrison-Knudsen (stationed in Saudi Arabia). He leaves to cherish his memories: Mother, Dorothy Bibbs; brothers, Stanley Bibbs (Karla) and Jeffrey Bibbs (Beulah); sister, Jacquelyn Highbaugh (Arthur) and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Calling Friday, August 25th 11:00-1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Lavenia, Smith & Summers Home for Funerals. Service Friday, August 25th at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial Crown Hill Cemetery.
