Claud Earp, Meeker, Oklahoma, resident was born on September 5, 1925, in Stroud, Oklahoma, and departed this life on April 17, 2004, in Chandler, Oklahoma, at the age of 78 years.
Claud was the son of Martin Earl "Early" and Bertha Merle (Clark) Earp. He married Arlene Bowen on July 18, 1944 in Wellston, Oklahoma. Claud served in United States Army during WWII. He worked as an aircraft mechanic at the Tinker Air Force Base until his retirement in 1975. Claud was a member of the First Christian Church in Meeker, Oklahoma.
His parents, wife, and one brother preceded Claud in death.
Survivors include: One Son: Tom Earp of Houston, TX; One daughter & son-in-law: Phyllis & Charles Towler of Chandler, OK: 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; Many relatives and friends.
