Ray Oberman Ray Oberman, 58, of Clinton died Wednesday, July 13, 1994, at Samaritan Hospital South, Clinton. Services will be .2 p.m. Saturday, July. 16, 1994 at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Fufloral Home. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

He married Joyce Shipley in 1957 in Downey, Calif. He was employed with the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant in the electronics field for 23 years. He retired in 1975. He then owned and operated Oberman Financial Services in Clinton for more than 20 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Dori Oberman of Galesburg,Ill.; a son,Darrell, of Fulton, Ill.; his father and stepmother, Edwin and Selma Oberman ofMaquoketa; a sister, Dorothy Mrs. George) Donnelly of Seligman, Ariz.; a brother, Leo, of Clinton; two stepsisters, Marge Bott and and Helen Bender, both of Clinton and a special friend, Shirley Jessen of Clinton, IA. Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans and American- Cancer Society.
