Brickley, James M. "Jim," 61, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (Sept. 11, 2001). He came here in 1951 from his native Mount Sterling, Ky. He opened a law practice here in 1979. He was a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and St. Petersburg Country Club. He was general counsel for the Presbytery of Tampa Bay since 1971. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Pamela Neet Brickley; a son, Taylor W., Baltimore; a brother, Lon C., Greenville, Tenn.; and a nephew, L. Crawford Brickley, Singapore.
