My mother always loved to sing you could hear her singing Walking the sea and If I could hear my mother pray again, along with other gospel songs. She would sit on the bed for hours and read the bible and write down the verses in her notebook that she wanted to remember.

My mother was known for her pumpkin bread, custard pies, her cranberries, and her famous potatoe salad, for the holiday and family reunion. She is especially missed on the holidays.
But i know she is at peace and the cancer that took her body and tormented her is gone,.Praise God for letting me be the one to call her MOTHER!

In Loving Memory
Maybe they are not stars
but opening in heaven
where our loved ones
shine through
to let us know
they are happy

In Loving Memory
Of my mother
with each memory
i am reminded
that nothing can ever
take away what
we have shared
Love is as strong as death
and it remains a part of us
forever

God looked around his garden and he found an empty place,
He then looked down upon this earth and He saw your tired face.He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best, He knew that you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again
He saw the road was getting tough and the hills were hard to climb, So he closed your eyelids and whispered
"Peace be thine"
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone for part of us went with you, the day God took you home.

They say there is a reason
They say that time will heal
But neither time nor reason
Will change the way we feel.

For no one knows the heartache
that lies behind our smiles,
No one knows how many times
we have broken down and cried.

We want to tell you something
so there won't be any doubt,
You're so wonderful to think of
but so hard to be without.
We cannot bring the old days back,
when we were all together
The family chain is broken now,
but memories live forever.

You lived your life one day at a time.
The words you shared were always kind.
You loved us all with your whole heart.
It saddens us to be apart, and forever we
hold you in our hearts
Today you stand in God's bright light.
Watching over us day and night.
In our hearts you will remain
Until the day we meet again...
Forever Your love will live on in our hearts
and the hearts of those you touched.
We are so grateful to God for blessing our lives with
the beautiful gift of you.
We miss you sweet angel,
more than you can imagine.

One truly great Mother Grandmother Sister etc
