He was born in Marion to the late Homer E. and Helen E. (Vinson) Binnion and was a life resident of Sims. He was a 1974 graduate of Oak Hill High School. He married Pamela K. Boucher on Nov. 23, 1973. She survives.

He was employed with Daimler-Chrysler for 25 years. He loved Harleys, family and friends, deer hunting and golf. He was an American Red Cross blood donor.

Additional survivors include son, Jason (Carrie Troup) Binnion, Sims; daughter, Amber Binnion, Sims; brothers, Rick (Peggy) Binnion, Swayzee, and Kenny (Barb) Binnion, Peru; father and mother-in-law, John and Margaret Boucher, Sims; and several nieces and nephews.

He also was preceded in death by a daughter, April Binnion; and brothers, Elvis and Bennie Binnion.
