BOSSIER CITY- Services for Rayden P. Lee, 90, will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bobby Dye officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Friday, March 23, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home.

Rayden was born January 26, 1922 and went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2012. He was a member of Central Baptist Church of Bossier City, member of the Sheriff's Posse, as well as the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years. He was a past president of the local Lions Club, and past president of Louisiana County Agricultural Agents Assoc. He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He enjoyed camping, the outdoors, bird watching, and spending time with his family.

Rayden P. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Lee, and his mother, Eva Eloise Lee, sisters, Eva Del Hollis and Ema Cole, and brother, Hoy Lee.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Lee, son, Rev. Bill Lee and wife Sylvia of Bossier City, daughter, Carolyn Sims and husband Bob of Longview, TX, sister, Helen Grey of Shreveport, Brothers, Claude Lee of California, Walter Lee of Shreveport, and Lynn Lee of Lake Charles, LA., grandchildren, LeeAnn Skinner and husband Aaron of Austin, TX, Alan Sims of Austin, TX, Rachelle Lee and Rebecca Lee, both of Pensacola, FL.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to St. Joseph Hospice staff for all their love and care.
