Peter 2, b. 28 May 1671; d. in Mansfield, evidently unmarried, before 2 April, 1695, when Mordecai sold 100 acres of the 130 acres devised to Peter, to Obadiah Hierton. (New Jersey Archives, vol. 21:457.)
On 24 Mar. 1698 Mordecai sold the remaining 30 acres to David Curtis, the deed reciting "to him rightfully belonging as heir to his father which was given to Peter Andrews, brother to the said Mordecai, in the will and since the decease of the said Peter the right of inheritance appertains to the said Mordecai." (West Jersey Deeds, Book 642; New Jersey Archives Vol. 21:512.)
