"Mayflower Families Through Five Generations"
By Ralph V. Wood, Jr.
Volume 12 - Page 26

"Elizabeth, baptized in Leyden 26 December 1611, died definitely prior to 22 May 1627 [when the Division of Cattle does not name her]. If, as suggested below, Elizabeth's younger sister Hester was born in Plymouth, then Elizabeth was the third, unnamed, Cooke child who came to Plymouth on the Anne in 1623; in this case Elizabeth died between the August 1623 arrival and the 22 May 1627 Division of Cattle (which does not name her). If instead Elizabeth's younger sister Hester was born in Leyden, then Elizabeth must have died in Leyden prior to the 1623 departure of the Anne, or on board ship prior to August 1623."
