MILTON BALLARD

Civil War Veteran Died This Morning--Has Son Overseas

Milton Ballard, a well known resident, died at 5:40 o'clock this morning at his home in Fulton, in the east section of the city, as a result of paralysis, with which he was stricken last Friday.

The decedent was 79 years of age and had lived in Madison many years. He was a civil war veteran and is survived by a wife and a number of grown children. One son is with the American Expeditionary Forces in France.

The time of the funeral has not been decided.

Civil War Veteran Died This Morning--Has Son Overseas

Milton Ballard, a well known resident, died at 5:40 o'clock this morning at his home in Fulton, in the east section of the city, as a result of paralysis, with which he was stricken last Friday.
