Son of Adelbert & Harriet Keeney, brother of Hiram C., Hattie (Kinney), Edna (Mellen), Justus, Edwin, Essie (Joyner), Effie (Gifford), Pearl (Potter), Marion Louise & Viola Adell (Jackson) Keeney.

He was married twice, first to Elizabeth Stuper, who he married on September 29, 1912, (she died on May 10, 1944) then he married Lena Turner, who died in 1958.

Father of Albert, Edith, Ethel, Clayton, Glenn & Clinton Keeney.

He was a woodsman for a number of years and also worked at the Youngs Furniture Co. in Camden, NY. He attended the Congregational Church in Redfield, NY.

ADELBERT KEENEY DIES

The community was saddened to hear, of the. death of Adelbert Keeney, 67, who passed away Monday at the Spencer Nursing Home at Fair Haven. Dellie had been there for about a year after suffering a severe shock.

He married Miss Libbie Stuper, and five children survive from that marriage, Mrs. Edith Bartipt, Mrs. Ethel Durst of Redfield, Clayton of Pineville, Clinton of Mexico and Glenn of Pineville, 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

After the death of his first wife he married Lena Turner and they made their home at Pineville. She passed away several years ago.

Dellie was a woodsman for several years' being employed around Osceola and Redfield. More recently he, worked in factories in Camden. He was the son of Adelbert and Hattie Keeney of Osceola, a good share of his younger life was spent in that vicinity. Funeral arrangements are incomplete
