Virginia Ann Cornutt, 61, of Killeen, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012. Memorial Service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, October 19, 2012, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Killeen. Burial will be in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Virginia was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late John and Hazel Klein, and raised in Lake Worth, Fla. where she met and married her husband of 43 years on 13 Sept 1969. Ginny, as she was known, was a homemaker. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Killeen. She became a Christian at a very early age, a faith that she held strongly throughout her life, and that was an influence on those around her. She had a big heart and touched many lives with her humor and kindness, she was always willing to help anyone in a time of need.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Klein; mother Hazel Blancett; and brother, James Bebber.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard "Skip" Cornutt; daughter, Lorrie Lefler; son, William Cornutt, of Killeen; grandchildren, Courtney West, and James "JP" and Jacob Lefler; and great-grandchildren, Isabelle Wilson and Stormie Wilson, of Copperas Cove; step-father, Robert Blancett, of Lake Worth, Fla; sister, Susan Conklin and husband, Stuart, of Woodbridge, Va; and many other relatives and friends.
