Bobbe Martin Long, 70, a resident of Cave City, died Wednesday morning at the Bowling Green Medical Center. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. A native of Hamilton County, Tennessee, she is survived by her husband, A.G. Long; a daughter, Beegie Adair, Franklin, Tennessee; a sister, Alameda Davis, Chattanooga; and a cousin, Charles Chapman, Mobile, Alabama. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bob Hunt Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. **Note** by LJS, A few years later, her husband buys a section in the Cave City Cemetery and has a mausoleum built. He then has the graves of his wife, and his parents reinterred in the new location.
