Mable Mae (Peavler) Frame, 69, of 721 Washington, died Thursday, August 16, 1973 at 12:50 a.m. in Blessing Hospital, where she had been a patient since August 8, 1973.

Mrs. Frame was born May 11, 1904, in Keokuk, Iowa, a daughter of William Henry Peavler and Clara Ann (Hurley) Peavler. She had lived in Quincy since 1949 and was a member of Central Baptist Church. She married Mr. Roy Harold Frame on July 9, 1922, in Quincy. He preceded her in death on December 14, 1961.

Surviving are a son, Roy J. Frame, of Keokuk, three daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Burgess, Mrs. Marjorie (William) Heck, Mrs. Mary (Donald) Powell, all of Quincy; a brother, Alvin L. Peavler, of Keokuk; two sisters Mrs. Myrtle (Ivo) Hutson of Keokuk and Mrs. Laura (Melvin) Orr of Hamilton; 29 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren.

Two sons, John and Wayne, and two brothers, Carl Peavler and James Peavler, Sr. preceded her in death.

Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Duker Funeral Home. The Rev. A. R. Elliot will officiate. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery
