Lynn Elmer Brereton

Dad passed away at his home on Friday, June 22, 2007 while working in his garden he so dearly loved.

He was born November 12, 1916 to John Austin Brereton and Sara Jane Cook. He lived his entire life on the Canyon Road.

He married his sweetheart, Neva Rasmussen, in 1936. She passed away in 1976.

Dad was a full time trucker and a part time farmer. He loved hunting and fishing.

The day before his passing, he attended his 73rd High School class reunion. There were seven in attendance.

He is survived by his three children, Wallace (Linda), Orem, Keith (Patricia), Pleasant Grove, Judy (Dick) Page, Provo, seven grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Neva, six brothers and two sisters.

Dad requested that there be graveside services only.

Family and friends may meet for services at East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery, 4800 North 650 East, Provo, Utah on Wednesday, June 27 at 4:00 p.m.
