He was born on Oct. 16, 1919 at Cisne, IL to George & Faye (Conard ) Block.
He married Helen Tolliver on Nov. 8, 1947 in Louisville and she preceded him in death on Feb. 14, 2004 He was a retired Farmer and a veteran of WWII having served in Germany.
Surviving Randall are 2 Daughters – Linda Spicer and her husband-Steve of Cisne; Rita Beck and her husband Jerry of Cisne; 2 Sons – Laverne Block of Cisne; & Carl Block and his wife-Stacy of Oakland City, IN; 3 Sisters – Edith Smith of Flora, IL; Doris Bozarth and her Husband- Bob of Cisne, IL & Wanda Loveless of Decatur, IL . Also 6 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandsons
Preceding him in death were: His Wife- Helen; 2 Brothers – Gerald & Ray; & His parents
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM; Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007 at the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne with burial in the Cisne Cemetery with Bro. Ernie Lewis officiating.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM; Monday, Jan 22, 2007 at the Hosselton Funeral Home at Cisne Memorials may be made to the Blue Point Free Will Baptist Church or to the Cisne United Methodist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home
