Tina L. Milligan Foster, 34, of Mansfield, died July 11, 2007 in The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, following a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Tina was born April 20, 1973 in Mansfield, and was graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School in 1992.

A lifelong Mansfield resident, she was both personable and outspoken.

She was active in bowling leagues at Park Lanes, and enjoyed attending drag races, truck pulls and mud races.

A loving and devoted mother to her children, Tina was described as a #1 Mom ~ a "perfect lady."

For the past six years she had worked as a driver with Golden Hawk Transportation.

Tina is survived by her husband Jason J. Foster, whom she married September 3, 2004; sons Dylan S. Reed and Brandon D. Reed; stepson Charles J. Foster; her parents Joseph S. and Brenda (King) Milligan of Mansfield; brother Michael R. Milligan of Mansfield, sister and brother-in-law Theresa
Ann and Jason Clingan of Lexington; maternal grandfather James R. King of Mansfield; father-in-law and mother-in-law James P. and Judy Foster of Mt. Gilead; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Juanita and Bill Riggins of Fredericktown; grandmother-in-law Nadine Holland (who performed Tina's and Jason's wedding) and her husband Tom Holland; her birth father Richard Roller of South Carolina; a step-sister-in-law; a step brother-in-law; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
