He was born Tuesday, September 21, 1951 at Parsons, WV a son of the late Charles E. Biller and Gertrude Helen Summerfield Biller. He had never married. Surviving are three half sisters, Ada Cross, Montrose; Linda Earl, OH; and Vera Shekles, MD.
Preceding him in death are two half brothers, Bill and Clifford Biller; and four half sisters, Adas Shaffer; Cora Payne; Zora Schmertzler; and Josie Nelson.
He attended the one room school at Mt. Zion, and Elkins High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army during Vietnam. He was a former employee of the Kingsford Charcoal Company, was a farmhand on the Old Doc Barb Farm at Shaver's Fork for many years and helped various people clean their homes after the 1985 flood. He was a protestant by faith and was an avid hunter.
