FRANKLIN DELANO BILLER, age 59 years, a native of the Mt. Zion Community, St. George, WV departed this life Tuesday morning, December 21, 2010 at Nella's Nursing Home at Elkins, WV.
He was born Tuesday, September 21, 1951 at Parsons, WV a son of the late Charles E. Biller and Gertrude Helen Summerfield Biller. He had never married. Surviving are three half sisters, Ada Cross, Montrose; Linda Earl, OH; and Vera Shekles, MD.
Preceding him in death are two half brothers, Bill and Clifford Biller; and four half sisters, Adas Shaffer; Cora Payne; Zora Schmertzler; and Josie Nelson.
He attended the one room school at Mt. Zion, and Elkins High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army during Vietnam. He was a former employee of the Kingsford Charcoal Company, was a farmhand on the Old Doc Barb Farm at Shaver's Fork for many years and helped various people clean their homes after the 1985 flood. He was a protestant by faith and was an avid hunter.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 AM, Friday, December 24, 2010 at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, WV with Pastor Allen D. Crosten officiating
