Mrs. Ada R. Fosha, of Madison, Ohio, formerly of Akron, widow of Charles Fosha, died March 11, 1998, at the age of 100 years.
She was born in Burlington, Vt., but had lived in Ohio most of her life. She was a teacher, and during World War I worked for the Treasury Department in Washington, D. C. She was a member of the Kenmore United Methodist Church, the Methodist Women Society, the A.A.R.P., and the Dames of Malta.
She is survived by son, Leonard and daughter-in-law, Pauline of Madison, Ohio; daughter, Gladys O'Laughlin of Lake Tahoe, Calif.; stepdaughters, Grace Oliver of Akron and Evelyn Lyle of Barberton; seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, plus step-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Schlup-Pucak Funeral Home, Kenmore Boulevard at Eighth Street. Funeral services will be Monday, 11 a.m., at the funeral home, with Rev. Gerald P. Carl officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery. (Schlup-Pucak, 745-3131.)
