Cpt. Donnie R. Belser, Anniston, Alabama graduated in 1997 from Saks High School where he was Alabama State wrestling champ in the 130lb weigh division. He then attended Jacksonville State University were he recieved a 3 year ROTC scholarship. Donnie would not run from a fight and it was that attitude that made him suitable in the military, a job he loved. He remained loyal to his roots of his birth thus being a huge Georgia bulldog fan. He was 28.
