Mr. Arlin Garner Scott, 53, of 3623 New Karleen Road, died Thursday, November 24th, 1994, at Dwight David Eisenhower Medical Center. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at DeLoach Funeral Home, with Father James Dalton officiating.
Mr. Scott, a native of Sacramento, Calif., had retired as bandmaster from the Fort Gordon Army Band. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.
He was a member of the Saint Mary On the Hill Catholic Church and was a Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Divina Ponce Scott; two sons, Donald Garner Scott and Phillip Garner Scott, both of Hephzibah; mother, Clara S. Scott, Victorville, Calif.; and a sister, Penny Heil, Sacramento.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
