Kent is the son of Abram Fondly McIntoshand Berenice Maxine Koetter. He had one brother, Herbert Koetter McIntosh, who preceded him in death. He married his high school sweetheart just out of high school and they had 12 children who are all living at the time of his death. He had 40 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and was preceded in death by one grandson, David Aaron McIntosh, a great granddaughter, Zoe Madison McIntosh, and by a great grandson, Levoi Feyhl.

CASPER - Services for Kent Leon "Papatosh" McIntosh, 71, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at the 7th and Missouri LDS chapel with Bishop Ted Key of Casper 3rd Ward officiating. Viewing is at 1 p.m., in the Relief Society Room.
A graveside service will be held in Burlington on Thursday at 1 p.m., after which a luncheon will be held for family and friends.
He died June 16, 2007, peacefully in his sleep at his Casper home after a long struggle with cancer.
He was born April 2, 1936, in Greybull to Abram Fondly McIntosh and Berenice Maxine Koetter.
He married Carolina Burns shortly after high school graduation in Burlington.
He had an associate's degree in engineering from Casper College and attended the University of Wyoming for additional education in engineering.
He lived in Casper for 42 years and was a retired heavy-duty mechanic and retired truck driver for JTL.
He enjoyed his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and always loved cars, especially fast ones.
Survivors include his wife, 12 children, Marilyn Sue Adams of Cheyenne, Richard J. McIntosh and his wife of Worland, Timothy D. McIntosh and his wife of Casper, Don A. McIntosh and his wife of Kennewick, Wash., Michael H. McIntosh and his wife, Grace M. Roberts and her husband, Janette K. Brown and her husband, Karen L. Feyhl and her husband, Randall K. McIntosh and his wife, and Marsha R. Garcia and her husband, all of Casper; Vicki L. Giglio and her husband of Salt Lake City and Kolleen R. Buckallew and her husband of Casper; 40 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Herb, a nephew, one grandson, a great-granddaughter and a great-grandson.
Bustard's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
