Mandi Faye Ehler, 18, of Gilman died September 8, 2004, from injuries sustained in an auto accident on Highway 30 near Montour. The daughter of Stefanie "Stevi" Ehler, she was born January 17, 1986, in Marshalltown. She was raised in Gilman and was a 2004 graduate of East Marshall High School. She was employed at the Meskwaki Casino in Tama. Survivors include her mother, Stevi of Killduff; one brother, Levi Ehler of Gilman; her fiancé, Levi Todd of Gilman; her grandparents, Henry and Janis Ehler of Kellogg; two aunts and uncles, Trai and Lori Ehler of Fairbury, Nebraska and Jurgen and MariAnn Ehler of Tipton; and several cousins.
