SALT LAKE CITY - Funeral services for Flossie Haycock Gold, 74, of Salt Lake City, who died Saturday, June 25, 1977 after a long illness, will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Spring Glen, Sanpete County, Ward Chapel.
Mrs. Gold was the sister of two Provo women.
She was born Oct. 21, 1902 in Helper to Thomas W. and Phoebe Elizabeth Haycock. She married James Andrew Gold in Price on April 24, 1920 and he died Oct. 20, 1951.
Mrs. Gold was employed for 25 years at Santy's Cafe in Grand Junction, Colo. Prior to living in Grand Junction, she had lived a long time in Atchee, Colo., where she was active in politics. She was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. V. Quentin (Flossie) Tregeagle; four grandchildren; two great grand children; four brothers and three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Ward and Mrs. Mildred Vuksinik, both of Provo; John Haycock, and Mrs. Vera Mamanakis, both of Spring Glen; Art Haycock and Les Haycock, both of Salt Lake City and Clifford Haycock of Grand Junction.
Friends may call at the ward chapel one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Haycock Cemetery in Spring Glen.
