His second wife was Helen, whom he married in 1972. Harry has ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A retired optican in Chicago, he moved to Indiana enjoyed worm farming, newspaper delivery, and many other hobbies. He loved to drive out from Berwyn, Illinois, to Island Lake to see his grandchildren. He was a wonderful storyteller and was full of information which he shared in a way that captivated you. On a cold winter day during a snow storm, he delivered his baby girl, Patricia. The midwife could not get there in time.
