Son of Ed Emerson Etheridge and Rena Myrtle Conger-Etheridge.

Willard Etheridge, 84, of Marion, died March 9, 2001 at Salem Springlake Care Center.

He is survived by three daughters, Loretta Eberle, Bernadine Travis, and Margretta Travis; a son Clifton Etheridge of Marion; two sisters, Velma Richardson and Imogene Howerton, both of Marion; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, "Little Bill" Eberle.

Funeral services were March 11 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Phillips and Rev. Kenny Downs officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
