Our beloved mom, grandma, great grandma, great-great grandma, age 95, passed away March 6, 2013 surrounded by her family.

Mom grew up on the family farm in Buena Vista, which was later incorporated into Salt Lake City. She attended Boone Elementary, which was a two room school house, and graduated from West High School. She worked at Leon Brown Floral, where she met and married Horace A. Chapman (Bud) in December 1937. They were later sealed for time and all eternity. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served full time in the Minnesota Minneapolis Mission. She served in many positions, including a Visiting Teacher up until her illness at the age of 94. Mom married Lonnie Wadsworth in 1985. He passed away in January 1987, Ogden, Utah.
