Elizabeth Blossom Pike
Birth: Jul. 5, 1620
Zuid-Holland, Netherlands
Death: Nov. 21, 1713
Middlesex County
New Jersey, USA

Elizabeth and Edward were married 10 May 1637 in Scituate, Plymouth Colony, and they were the parents of:

Nathaniel/15 May 1642
Mary/6 Oct 1644 - 1649
Hannah/23 Apr 1648 (Mrs Jasper Taylor)
Mary/2 Jun 1650
John/7 Oct 1653 m. Sarah Bonham
Thomas/16 Aug 1654
Joseph/1 Mar 1656
Elizabeth/1 Mar 1656 (Mrs Andrew Wooden)
Hope/2 Apr 1661

In the "Book of Records" of Nathaniel Fitz Randolph, it states that "Edward lived to be nearly eighty years of age". After Edward's death, Elizabeth gave her four sons John, Joseph, Thomas, and Benjamin, on June 26, 1685, the land she located in her husband's name and, on June 30, 1685, she married Capt JOHN PIKE of Woodbridge, N.J.

Julianna Fitz Randolph Wood (No. 188:i) tells us in her "Family Sketches" that Elizabeth *"was buried by her first husband"* in the west corner of what is now Saint James Churchyard, Piscataway, N.J. During the Revolution, as the British troops came down King George's Highway (now Woodbridge Avenue), breastworks were thrown across the plot, and after the war was over and the ground leveled, NO trace was found of the tombstones of either Edward or Elizabeth.
