Death: Apr. 19, 1930

The son of John and Mary Austin Watt Haw was First Lieutenant in Company B of the 15th Regiment of Virginia Infantry. He lost his left arm at the Battle of Sharpsburg. The 1867 Law graduate of Washington College was Hanover County Commonwealth Attorney for forty years. From Oak Grove and Haw's Shop in Hanover, he was Commander of Camp 51, Virginia Grand Camp of Confederate Veterans of Ashland. Shown is Dundee, the Haw home. Click on it for more.
