"HENRY EARL STOLL DEAD
Henry Earl Stoll was born April 9th 1909 in Henry County, Missouri. Died August 28th 1921 at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Stoll, who reside four miles southeast of Garden City, Mo. Age, 12 years, 4 months and 19 days.
He leaves to mourn his death, his parents, five brothers and three sisters, two grandmothers, one of whom is 85 years of age and the other 80.
His last words to those whom he loved and who loved him were 'Come on lets go home.'
The funeral services were held at the Garden City Cemetery by this writer, where the remains were beautifully laid to rest on Tuesday at eleven o'clock.

The cause of death was given as spinal meningitis. Several months earlier Earl became dangeriously ill with typhoid fever and it was thought that he may never regained strength like he should, so when he was stricken with spinal meningitis he was not strong enough to battle it.
