From Mary's Obituary: Mary M. Moschkau,age 78, of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 13, 1999, at the Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen, Texas. The former Mary M. Garvoille was born on July 21, 1920 in Belleville, Wisconsin, the daughter of Alex and Helen (Slattery) Garvoille. Mary was married to Carl W. Moschkau on October 4, 1937, at St. Mary's of Lourdes Catholic Church, Belleville, Wisconsin. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, and the Order of Forresters. Mary is survived by her husband, Carl; her children, Alvis Moschkau and Carol Ann Hahn, both of Sun Prairie, Michael (Bonnie) Moschkau and Marjorie Caley, both of Madison, Carl (Lisa) Moschkau of St. joseph, Minnesota, Mary (James) Hofmeister of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Joseph (Sharon) Moschkau of Mt. Horeb; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Helen (Roy) Altman of New Glarus. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Vincent and Alois Garvoille. Mass of Chirstian Burial was held on February 19, 1999 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Burial was at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Exeter Township, Wisconsin.
