Died 31 Dec 1925 in Brooklyn. Attached to Company I of the 14th Regiment of the New York State Militia. Captain. Later served as armorer of the 14th Regiment for 31 years.
Born in either Port Mahon or Barcelona, Spain. Immigrated to Brooklyn at age 11 and lived there the rest of his life. Worked as a sparmaker prior to the Civil War. Married in 1860 to Rosina Gamble (d. 1913). Survived by his son Joseph J. Cardona and grandchildren.
Buried 4 Jan 1926 as burial #276362 at Evergreens Cemetery.
