Son of Milton Arthur Richins and Viola Beesley

Milton was raised in Peterson and attended schools in Morgan County. Ed joined the US Navy participating in the Korean War.

He married Bonnie Jean Welch in Reno, Nevada.

Ed worked for the postal service. Favorite things were fishing, boating, cars.

Preceded in death by his wife Bonnie and daughter Krin. Survived by three daughters Vickie (Jeff) Adams, Ann (Robert) Strebel, Robyn (Tony) England. Also survived by two sisters Mary (Merrill) Allen, Joyce (Dale) Francis.
