Gary L. Thompson, age 58, of Eaton, OH passed away Saturday June 1, 2002. Gary was born on July 1, 1943 in Dayton, OH to the late Fred & Ada (Burns) Thompson. He served in the Army National Guard of OH from April 30, 1964 - November 9, 1965. He was currently employed by the Mission Research Corporation in Beavercreek, OH and was formerly employed by Thaler Machine Company in Dayton and the Mound Facility in Miamisburg, OH. Member of Moose Lodge #1645 in Miamisburg and American Legion Post #322 in West Alexandria.

Survived by wife Jane (Mills) Thompson whom he married December 4, 1970; daughter & son-in-law Tammy & Joe Mize; grandchildren Andrew, Aprill, Samantha and Marissa; bothers & sisters-in-law Richard & Carol Thompson and Don & Mid Thompson; sister and brother-in-law Kathy & Harold Fultz; favorite mother-in-law Vivian Terry; special aunt Edna Patton; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no public calling. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the West Alexandria Emergency Medical Squad or Children's Hospital in Dayton.
