Jesup-- Terry Roland, 52, 2012 passed away suddenly on Wednesday October 3, 2012 at his residence.
Terry Roland was born June 14, 1960 in Jesup, Georgia to Sherrwood Dean and Diane Harper Roland. He attended Glynn Academy and obtained his Bacherlor's Degree in Nursing from the College of Coatal Georgia.
He obtained his Master's Degree in Nursing from Armstrong Atlanic State University and enjoyed his career as nurse practition with Dr. Robert Pumpelly in Jesup for 17 years.
He loved car redes with his family, Vacationing in the Smoky Mountains, and Georgia Bulldogs football. He spent many afternoons fishing and taking nature Photography with his wife and children. Through his life, Terry cared passionatley about his family and about his patients. He never missed the opportunity to make good fun.
Terry is survived by his wife, Anne Roland, and by his 3 children. his daughter, Bethanne Chapman, is married to Billy Chapmen and works for a Public Accounting Firm in Greenville, SC. his daughter, Kati Roland attends Vakdosta State Universty and is obtaining her Master's at Education degree. His son Zachary Roland, works for Sountheast Georgia Region Medical Center in Brunswick. Terry is also survived by his mother, Diane Roland, of Jesup and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends
Visitation will be held at Parkway Church of God in Jesup from 9 t0 11 A.M. on Friday, October 5, 2012 a ceremony will be held at 11 A.M. with a reception to follow.
A private interment will be at Little Creek Baptist Church Cemetery
