Services for Margaret Nell "Meg" Flynn, 15, of Tahoka will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Wolfforth Church of Christ with Jerry Wigant and Alva Conklin officiating.

Burial will be in the Meadow Cemetery under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.

She died Sunday, May 2, 1999.

She was born Dec. 8, 1983, in Lubbock. She was a freshman at the Tahoka High School where she was involved with many school activities. She played the flute with the Tahoka 3-D Band from Bull Dog Land and worked on the school newspaper, "The Growl." She worked as a student reporter of the Lynn Co. News. Meg was a member of the Church of Christ and its youth program. She was involved in the Adventures In Missions (AIM) at Sunset Church of Christ, the Green Lawn Church of Christ Youth Group, the Pine Springs Youth Camp and Camp Followin'.

Survivors include her parents, John and Elaine Flynn of Tahoka; a sister, Kelly Flynn of Tahoka; her grandmothers, Dortha Flynn and Ernestine Duncan.

The family will receive friends at Sanders Funeral Home on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The family suggests memorials to the Meg Flynn AIM Scholarship Fund at the Sunset Church of Christ, 3723 34th St., Lubbock 79410.
