A memorial service for Carin Sue Fredrickson, 13, formerly of Fort Wayne will be at 11 a.m. EDT Saturday at the First United Presbyterian Church in Wheeling, West Virginia. She died Tuesday afternoon in Wheeling following a long illness.
Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Fredrickson; a sister, Lisa; and two brothers - David; and Bradford of Fort Wayne; and the grandparents.
Arrangements are by the Kepner Funeral Home Chapline Street Chapel in Wheeling.
Preferred memorials are gifts to the Plymouth Congregational Church or the pediatrics division of Ohio Valley General Hospital in Wheeling.
