Vice-president of the Rough Riders with Theodore Roosevelt in the campaign to Cuba. "Remember the Maine" Governor Theodore Roosevelt, at Albany, N.Y., sent Edward a letter, acknowledging that Edward had been ill, and writing that he, Theodore Roosevelt, declined an invitation to a chattauqua. Died very young in a gun duel over a real estate argument.
