Farewell my Little Hunter; God who lent thee; hath recalled thee back with him to dwell. 15 moons their silver luster only, o'er thy brow hath shed; when thy spirit found the angels; and thy dust the dead. (Transcription on his beautiful gravestone in the old part of the cemetery.
