Leona S. Gabel, 92, formerly of 112 S. Second Ave., West Reading, died Saturday at 3:05 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., West Reading, where she had resided since Sept. 27, 1994.
Her husband, Luther A. Gabel, died on Jan. 15, 1984.
Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late George and S.E. Nora (Whitmoyer) Leisey.
Gabel was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, West Reading.
Surviving are four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Donald Gabel.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton.
