He is survived by his wife, Gloria Cummings Kelley; three sons, Rick Kelley of Belmont, Rodney Kelley of St. Marys and Steven Kelley, at home; a stepdaughter, Debra Dalrymple of Bens Run; a brother, Truman E. Kelley of Schultz; two sisters, Bernice Childers of Eureka and Betty
Mayfield of Waverly; two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Ruttencutter Funeral Home in St. Marys, with the Rev. R. Dan Simmons officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens in Parkersburg.
