Anna was probably the daughter of Noah and Hannah (Hodges) Wiswall. She may have been born on Dec. 5, 1756 in Norton, Massachusetts. She was the wife of Rev. James Briggs, and their children were James Wiswall, Calvin, Sophia and Clarissa Briggs. Anna died at the age of 88 in Cummington, Massachusetts.
