Riverdale - Mrs. Wilhelmina Elizabeth Hodde Coleman, 85, of 812 W 3900 S, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1982 at the McKay-Dee Hospital.
She was born June 30, 1896 in West Phalia, Germany, a daughter of Christian Henry and Sophie Caroline Wiese Hodde.
On Nov. 17, 1912, she married Archibald Coleman in Dallas, Texas. He died in 1952.
She came to the United States at the age of 8 with her family, settling in Texas. She moved to California in 1929 and came to Ogden in 1979.
She was educated in Dallas, Texas.
She was a member of the Riverdale 5th LDS Ward.
Surviving are one son and one daughter. Wilbur E. Coleman, Bakersfield, Calif. and Mrs. Edwin Morrell (Dorothy)Smith, Riverdale; seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 pm at Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel in Ogden with Bishop Ben Fowler of the Riverdale 5th Ward officiating.
Friends may call at the mortuary tonight from 6 to 8 and Saturday one hour prior to services. Internment in Washington Heights Memorial Park.
