DAVID S. SHAMP
HOOKSTOWN – David Stanton Shamp, 80, died today at 9 a. m., in his home in State Route No. 18, two miles east of Kennedy's garage after a long illness.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Matilda Shamp; six daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Stewart, Mrs. William Lee, Mrs. Rosie Dugan and Mrs. Enoch Jones of East Liverpool; Mrs. Lena Silverman of Dunbar, Pa., and Mrs. Frank Dawson of Hookstown, Pa. and six sons, Floyd Shamp of East Liverpool; Raymond and Fitzsimmons Shamp of Shippingport, Pa.; Clyde Shamp of Smithville, O., and David and John Shamp at home.
Funeral services will be held in the home Saturday at 2 p. m., in charge of Rev. Fraise, pastor of the Pleasant View church. Burial will be made in the Hookstown cemetery.
Friends are requested to omit flowers.
