Julia arrived in America in 1862. She was likely married to Mr. Kunisch(sp?) at the time. She and Mr. Kunisch had a daughter, Anna A (Kunisch) Wolf (Sept 11, 1865-March 19, 1934). It is presumed that Mr. Kunisch passed away shortly thereafter. Anna married William Wolf and they eventually settled in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Julia married August Schwope on February 6, 1868, in Buchanan Co, Missouri.

Their children were:
Adolph Lewis Schwope (18681940)
