James A. Phillips, 602 South Main, South Hutchinson, died at his home at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Phillips was born in Scotland County, Mo., June 3, 1898, and had been a resident of this community for most of his life. He was the six state representative for the Harley Davidson Co. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Knights Templar. Surviving are his widow, Catherine, and mother, Mrs. P.J. Phillips, of the home.
