Actions at White Stone Hill Sep 3 and 5. Duty at Fort Sully, Fort Randall and Sioux City till June 1864. Another expedition against hostile Sioux Indians Jun 26 –Oct 8. Engagement at Tah kah a kuty Jul 28. Expedition from Ft Rice to relief of Fisk's Emigrant train Sep 11 – 30. Duty at Ft Randall, Sioux City, Fort Berthold, Yankton and the Sioux and Winnebago Indian agencies till Oct 1865.
One officer and 21 enlisted men were killed. One officer and 74 enlisted men died of disease.
