Fred E. Grasse, 63, 2333 S. 17th St., passed away today at St. Nicholas hospital.
He was born in the town of Wilson, Mar. 23, 1875, and attended Trinity Lutheran school, where he was confirmed. He came to Sheboygan when he was 14 and was employed at the Ernst H. Heermann Ice company for a number of years. For 22 years he was employed at the Konrad Schreier company and for the past 13 years he was watchman at the city incinerator plant.
On Sept. 15, 1906, he was united in marriage with Miss Louise Koch of this city. Survivors include his wife; one daughter, and two sons, Fred, Jr., William and Louise, all of this city; two granddaughters; one sister, Mrs. Carl Bradow, of Chicago; two brothers, Charles and Gottlieb, of this city. One son [Edward] died in infancy.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sat. at Ramm Funeral home, with Rev. H.H. Wegner officiating. Burial will be made in Wildwood cemetery. Friends may view the body from this evening until the time of services.

Funeral services for Fred E. Grasse, who passed away at St. Nicholas hospital Thurs. were held at 3 p.m. Sat., at Ramm Funeral home. Rev. H.H. Wegner officiated and burial was made in Wildwood cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Harry, Karl, Arthur Leffin, Adolph Thun, Fred Kott, Jerome Molitor and Charles Daehnert.
Miss Elenore Heinecke and Miss Elaine Rheingans sang, "Who Knows How Near My End May Be" and "Jesus Christ, My Sure Defense". Hugo Gessner was the accompanist.
Out-of-town persons at the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bergeler and Mr. and Mrs. O'Laughlin and family, Milwaukee; Alfred and Otto Wohlgezogen, Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Grasse and daughter, Lucille, Sister Bay.
